An expert with over 27 years of experience gained at work in large pharmaceutical corporations. For the last 8 years, President Sanofi Pasteur, including 2 years, when he was also responsible for Ukraine. His special interests concern the challenges posed to leaders in the VUCA era, developing leadership skills that can cope with the times of “permanent change” in which we live. He introduced in his organization a “turquoise” way of functioning, which focused primarily on the development of its employees, achieving at the same time excellent business results. A member of Sanofi’s strategic project Global Leadership.

For 5 years he has been a coach and mentor of Polish and foreign managers. He conducts trainings on leadership in times of change, strategy building, team motivation, art of presentation.
He is a member of the Association of Professional Speakers, an expert in the ThinkTank Council, and a Digital University speaker. He is also a member of an international group that is working on the idea of effective communication. The leader of the “Pole of Excellence” project, which includes the development of managers from 17 European countries.

Founder of Boehringer Ingelheim Business Academy. The originator and founder of the Marketing Excellence Club. Founder and president of the Santo Subito Association. A graduate of the Krakow Medical Academy. Scholarship holder from Wiliam Harvey Institute, London, UK. PhD student at Univeristy University in Philadelphia, USA, where he wrote his doctoral thesis.

Do I have to pay online?

No. You can make a traditional bank transfer to an account number based on the invoice generated during the registration process.
