Andrzej Zawistowski

After returning to Poland, he built one of the first Purchasing Group in the country with the participation of 10 large companies and for the following years he was responsible for negotiating global contracts on behalf of the Group.
For over 8 years he has been active in the Polish Association of Managers of Logistics and Procurement of PSML as a Member of the Board. He runs many training courses and shopping workshops throughout Poland and is responsible for the substantive side of the largest Polish Procurement Conference POLZAK.

In his almost 20 years of work, Michal Pawlowski has gained extensive experience in a wide range of procurement activities, particularly in the area of transformation projects and in IT and telecommunications procurement.

He graduated in law from Lazarski University of Warsaw. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.

Michał started his professional career in 2005 at Bank Pekao, where he implemented projects in the area of procurement, cost optimisation and transformation.
He then linked his career with UniCredit Group, where he was Global Category Manager from 2007 to 2011, defining and implementing global procurement strategies. Awarded a special recognition by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) for integrating environmental aspects into purchasing.
Since 2011, he was again associated with Bank Pekao, where he held senior positions in the Bank's procurement structures related to procurement management and transformation. From 2018, he was Director of the Operational and Tactical Procurement Office and then Director of the IT and Telecommunications Procurement Office.

For 20 years, she has been a soprano in the Choir of the Friends of Bieliny Society "Sabbaton." The creator of a folk performance based on the works of Józef Ozga-Michalski entitled "Bieliny Chatter," involving actors from the Stefan Żeromski Theatre in Kielce and residents of the Bieliny Municipality. Author of multilingual camps for children and youth, using the traditions and culture of the Świętokrzyskie region, as well as other regions in Poland and Europe. The main goal of these camps is education, especially informal language learning, utilizing all intelligences and senses. Artolingua - learning through art, Theatrolingua - learning through theater, MUZOLINGUA - learning through music.
